Why it is free right now
Intel Desk is not a freemium product pretending to be generous. It is an early-access product. The feeds, the alerts, the AIS vessel layer and the market correlation engine are all running, but the paid tiers and the billing surface are not yet finalised. Rather than gate the desk behind a placeholder paywall, we open the whole thing and let the people who will pay for Desk and Team later help us work out where the pricing lines should go.
What you can expect when pricing launches
- Existing accounts grandfathered. If you open an account during early access, you will keep access to the core live wire without being force-migrated to a paid tier.
- No surprise conversion. You will be told clearly, in advance, what changes when paid tiers launch.
- No lock-in contracts. Paid tiers will be monthly with cancel-any-time.
- Transparent limits. Where tiers differ (alert rate, archive depth, team features), the limits will be documented plainly.
What is not included, ever
- No financial advice. Intel Desk is not a regulated investment service. It surfaces public information and tags it for relevance. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
- No tipping service. No "signals" for sale. No private trading rooms.
- No ad injection. You will not see ads mixed into the wire feed or the dashboard. The business model is subscriptions, not impressions.
