Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intel Desk ("the Service"), operated by Chris Woodward. By accessing or using the Service at inteldesk.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Intel Desk is a real-time intelligence dashboard that aggregates and displays data from publicly available sources. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered at a subscription price of £39 per month.
• Billing is recurring and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Intel Desk does not store your full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Data Accuracy & Sources

The data displayed on Intel Desk is aggregated from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data presented. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with Intel Desk are the property of Chris Woodward. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intel Desk and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
