The exact mechanism by which an Intel Desk alert fires. Corroboration threshold, source tiering, and live counts per tier.
Intel Desk requires at least two independent Tier-A or Tier-B sources before firing a confirmed alert. Single-source squawks sit below the threshold in the raw wire. This page shows the live ruleset and the count of sources in each tier.
Every confirmed alert Intel Desk fires has been independently corroborated by at least 2 sources in different reliability tiers. Single-source squawks stay in the raw wire below the alert threshold.
